Bento is a traditional assorted set meal served usually in a lacquered box with compartments. We at Tenkaichi would like to recommend the Bento Box for a complete meal. All dishes in this section come with three maki rolls, two fried gyoza, mixed salad with dressing, boiled rice and miso soup.There is no particular way to eat this meal, just go ahead and enjoy in any order you like!
Ton katsu don (pork):
Deep fried pork fillet in breadcrumbs, cutlet garnished with leeks, egg, onions and mushrooms
Ramen:
Japanese style soup egg noodles, served in a deep bowl with mixed greens, menma (pickled bamboo shoots), mange tout and fish cake in a meat and vegetable stock (no fish cake in the vegetable ramen). All garnished with spring onion and seaweed.
Seafood yaki soba/udon:
Fried noodles with shrimp, squid, scallop, fish cake, carrots, beansprouts, green peppers, chines leaf, mange tout & onions.
Sashimi:
Sashimi is the most succulent fine slices of fresh raw fish or seafood served with grated slice white radish and fiery wasabi.
Chicken Salad:
Shredded chicken fillet and green salad with soya sauce dressing.
Gyoza:
Deep fried dumplings, filled with Chinese cabbage, ginger, Chinese chives andserved with soy chilli sauce
